1) Site should be cute, "kawaii".
2) No "inappropiate" sites. You know what I mean.
3) You must link back to Soda Pop (http://pop.pockybox.org) before you join.
4) No xanga, piczo, geocities, matmice, etc. Freewebs is fine.
5) Put "gimme some soda" in the Anything Else? box.
6) Do not enter the same site in more than 1 category.
7) No more than 1 ad/popup.
8) Put a star/asterisk (*) next to your Name.
9) Site must be in English (or at least have an english version).
*note: if your site is a domain, it can still be put into another category that is suitable*
